سياسة الاسترجاع و الاستبدال

نشكر اختياركم (BAWAZIR.WATCHES) ويسعدنا أن نقوم بخدمتكم.  

في حالة تغير رأيك فيما يتعلق بالمنتجات التي قمت بشرائها، لا عليك. فنحن في متجر (BAWAZIR.WATCHES) سنبذل ما في وسعنا لتتم عملية الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بمنتهى البساطة والسلاسة بقدر الإمكان.

لقد قمنا بتسهيل عملية الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال من خلال الإجراءات التالية:

  سياسة الفترة الزمنية لأسترجاع أو استبدال المشتريات:

1_ عند الرغبة في استبدال أو استرجاع المنتج عليك الاتصال بنا أولا.

2_ يحق للعميل استرجاع المنتج خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن يكون المنتج سليما لم يطرأ إليه أي تغيير، ويتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن كاملا، اضافة الى اي رسوم بنكية ويتم إرجاع تكلفة المنتج للعميل خلال 14 يوم عمل

3_ يحق للعميل استبدال المنتج بمنتج آخر، وذلك قبل إرسال الشحنة. وبعد إرسال الشحنة يحق له الاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، وعليه تحمل تكلفة الشحن كاملا وفرق تكلفة المنتج إن وجد.

4_ إذا كان المنتج معيبا، أو غير مطابق للمواصفات التي تم تحديدها وقت الشراء يحق للعميل استبدال المنتج أو استرجاعه خلال 14 يوما، وعلى العميل في هذه الحالة إرسال ما يثبت تكاليف الشحن موضح فيه: رقم الارسالية – الشحن – والتكلفة. فيحق للعميل عندئذ استرجاع المبلغ كاملا.

5_ المنتجات الشاملة في الخصومات والعروض لا تستبدل ولا تسترجع، ويستثنى من ذلك وجود عيب في المنتج، انظر: المادة 4 من سياسات الاسترجاع والاستبدال.

6_عند استلام القطعه المسترجعة سيتم فحصها للتاكد من حالتها, في حالة ان القطعه تم استلامها على حالتها الاصلية سيتم ابلاغ العميل

ويتم استكمال عملية الاسترداد. 

7_بعد المعاينه يحق لنا إيقاف عملية الاسترداد في حالة تم اكتشاف ان القطعه تغيرت عن حالتها الأصلية وفي تلك الحالة يتحمل العميل تكلفة اعادة ارسالها له او يقوم باستلامها من المعرض بشكل شخصي

لا يقبل استرجاع المنتجات أو استبدالها في الحالات التالية:

-لا يقبل الاسترجاع بعد مضي 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، ولا يقبل الاستبدال بعد 7 ايام.

-عند تغير المنتج عن حالته الأصلية لأي سبب من الاسباب

-عند الاستعمال بما يتعدى غرض التجربة. 

-عند الشراء عن طريق احدى شركات نظام التقسيط ( تابي )

In case you reconsidered your choices regarding the products you have purchased, 

We At (BAWAZIR.WATCHES) store will make every effort to facilitate the return or exchange process with utmost simplicity and smoothness to the best of our ability.

We have streamlined the return or exchange process through the following procedures:

Return or Exchange Time Frame Policy:

• 1_If you wish to exchange or return a product, kindly contact us first.
• 2_The customer has the right to return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product remains in its original condition without any changes. The customer is responsible for covering the full shipping costs in addition to any bank fees, and the product cost will be refunded within 14 business days.
• 3_The customer has the right to exchange the product for another one before shipment. After the shipment is sent, the exchange can be made within 7 days from the date of receipt. The customer is responsible for covering the full shipping costs and any price difference if applicable.
• 4_In case the product is defective or does not meet the specified specifications at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days. In this case, the customer must provide evidence of shipping costs, including shipment number, shipping details, and costs. The customer is entitled to a full refund in this situation.
• 5_Discounted and promotional items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a defect in the product. Refer to Section 4 of the Return and Exchange Policies.
• 6_Upon receipt of the returned item, the item will be examined to ensure its condition. If the item is received in its original condition, the customer will be notified and the refund process will be completed.
• 7_ After the examination, we have the right to stop the refund process if we discovered that the item has changed from its original condition. In this case, the customer bears the cost of sending it back to him or receives it from the showroom in person.

Products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:

• Returns will not be accepted after 3 days from the date of receipt, and exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days.
• If the product has been altered from its original condition for any reason.
• If the product has been used beyond its intended purpose.
• When purchase is made through one of the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Providers. (tabby)
