سياسة الاسترجاع و الاستبدال

في حالة تغير رأيكم فيما يتعلق بالمنتجات التي قمتم بشرائها، لا عليكم. فنحن في متجر BAWAZIR.WATCHES سنبذل ما في وسعنا لتتم عملية الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بمنتهى البساطة والسلاسة بقدر الإمكان.
لقد قمنا بتسهيل عملية الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال من خلال الإجراءات التالية:
سياسة الفترة الزمنية للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال:
1_ عند الرغبة في استبدال أو استرجاع المنتج، يجب التواصل معنا أولًا.
2_ يحق للعميل استرجاع المنتج خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن يكون المنتج سليمًا وفي حالته الأصلية ولم يطرأ عليه أي تغيير. ويتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن كاملة، بالإضافة إلى أي رسوم بنكية، ويتم إرجاع تكلفة المنتج للعميل خلال 14 يوم عمل.
3_ يحق للعميل استبدال المنتج بمنتج آخر قبل إرسال الشحنة. وبعد إرسال الشحنة، يحق له الاستبدال خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، على أن يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن كاملة وفرق تكلفة المنتج إن وجد.
4_ في حال كان المنتج معيبًا أو غير مطابق للمواصفات التي تم تحديدها وقت الشراء، يحق للعميل استبدال المنتج أو استرجاعه خلال 5 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام. وفي هذه الحالة يحق للعميل استرجاع المبلغ كاملًا.
5_ المنتجات المشمولة بالخصومات والعروض لا تستبدل ولا تسترجع، ويستثنى من ذلك وجود عيب في المنتج، وفقًا لما هو موضح في البند الرابع من سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال.
6_ عند استلام القطعة المسترجعة، سيتم فحصها للتأكد من حالتها. وفي حال تم استلام القطعة بحالتها الأصلية، سيتم إبلاغ العميل واستكمال عملية الاسترداد.
7_ بعد المعاينة، يحق لنا إيقاف عملية الاسترداد في حال اكتشاف أن القطعة قد تغيرت عن حالتها الأصلية. وفي هذه الحالة، يتحمل العميل تكلفة إعادة إرسال القطعة إليه، أو يمكنه استلامها من المعرض بشكل شخصي.
لا يقبل استرجاع المنتجات أو استبدالها في الحالات التالية:
- لا يقبل الاسترجاع بعد مضي 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، ولا يقبل الاستبدال بعد 3 أيام، باستثناء الحالات المذكورة في البند الرابع.
- يشترط أن تكون الساعة بحالتها الأصلية، وألا تكون قد استُخدمت أو تم تقصيرها أو تعديل مقاسها، أو تمت إزالة أي من ملصقاتها أو بطاقاتها.
- عند تغير المنتج عن حالته الأصلية لأي سبب من الأسباب.
- عند استخدام المنتج بما يتعدى غرض التجربة.
- عند الشراء عن طريق إحدى شركات نظام التقسيط (تابي أو تمارا).

If you change your mind about a product you have purchased, don't worry. At BAWAZIR.WATCHES, we will make every effort to make the return or exchange process as simple and smooth as possible.
We have streamlined the return and exchange process through the following procedures:
Return & Exchange Time Frame Policy:
1_ If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must contact us first.
2_ The customer has the right to return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition and has not been altered in any way. The customer is responsible for covering the full shipping costs, in addition to any applicable bank fees. The cost of the product will be refunded to the customer within 14 business days.
3_ The customer has the right to exchange the product for another product before the shipment is sent. After the shipment has been sent, the customer may exchange the product within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that the customer bears the full shipping cost and any price difference, if applicable.
4_ In the event that the product is defective or does not conform to the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to return or exchange the product within 5 days from the date of receipt. In such cases, The customer will then be entitled to a full refund.
5_ Products included in discounts or promotional offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of a product defect, as stated in Section 4 of this Return & Exchange Policy.
6_ Upon receipt of the returned item, it will be inspected to verify its condition. If the item is received in its original condition, the customer will be notified and the refund process will proceed.
7_ Following the inspection, we reserve the right to stop the refund process if it is found that the item is no longer in its original condition. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to them, or they may collect it personally from our showroom.
Products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:
- Returns will not be accepted after 3 days from the date of receipt, and exchanges will not be accepted after 3 days, except in the cases specified in Section 4.
- The watch must be in its original condition and must not have been used, resized, shortened, or had any of its stickers or tags removed.
- If the product is no longer in its original condition for any reason.
- If the product has been used beyond its intended purpose of inspection or trial.
- When the purchase is made through a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) provider, such as Tabby or Tamara.
